Flexible working hours
We love to work together, so we have office hours to make sure we can work together, but of course we are always flexible. Some of us are early risers, others are night owls. We focus on results, not on when you start working.
100% remote-first
The thing about hiring people for a distributed team is that they need to be self-motivated and productive when working at home, in cafés or in a co-working space. During the selection process, we especially look for people who have worked as freelancers or in start-ups. Everyone on board is incredibly smart and it's just great to work with them.
Half-yearly team retreats
At Memberspot, we are a fully remote team and therefore used to communicating with each other via video, chat and other collaborative remote tools. Working this way is a lot of fun - and it means that the time we get to spend together in the same place is very special. 2 team retreats each year not only give us two whole weeks to work (and enjoy) together as a team, but they also give us time to think together about the future of team retreats as we continue to grow.
