Recording videos directly on Memberspot was life-changing to me, because it saves a huge amount of time.
Viet is the CEO and founder of the agency Social Natives. He and Norbert Nagy founded the agency in 2017.
Currently, they employ 45 people who are distributed in 3 locations in Germany. They are known from magazines like Stern, Handelsblatt and FOCUS Online. Because of their 360-degree recruiting method, they support more than 300 middle-class companies in recruiting. They create video content for their clients, place them on social media and post ads. Since then, they have generated over 1200 applications, of which 300 employees were hired.
For Viet, using the Kajabi platform was demotivating because the handling was not user-friendly. He did not enjoy uploading content. The result was that his employees used the platform less and he didn't get the results he was looking for. There were also difficulties with support and data security.
An increase in employee motivation and enjoyment of content production were important points. Also customers should not have to struggle with the technology anymore. Switching to a different platform should require little effort.
Viet had no effort with the Memberspot migration service. All videos, descriptions, texts, thumbnails and file attachments were easily transferred. His members were also migrated via a CSV file. The attractive user interface and short loading times increased Viet's and his employees' motivation to work with the platform. Since he can record videos directly in the tool, he saves an enormous amount of time because they are directly uploaded. His members are always informed about new content.
