All changes in a nutshell:
β
Two weeks ago we introduced our new community feature, now we would like to present you the first updates to our version 6.
β
Every member in the Members area can become a moderator. For each member there is now the tab Spaces, there you can set which space the respective member is allowed to moderate.
β
Moderators have the following permissions:β
β
There is another option per Space:β
In the Spaces area, a moderator can be given permission that only that moderator can create posts. However, the post can still be commented.
β
It is now possible to comment below different lectures.
To do this, you first need to enable comments for the respective Space in the Courses area in Settings. The comments below lectures will then run in the selected Space.
β
Members can now create a post below the respective lecture, this post will then be displayed in the selected Space.
If you have given a moderator the permission that only he can create posts, other members can only comment and react to this post.
β
Clicking on the Add Post button, you can easily and quickly create a post.
β
Other members can comment on posts and they can respond to them.
β
In turn, other members can reply to the comment.
β
In the Home area of the community, the post will now be displayed and as soon as the post is commented on, a green circle will appear on the bell in the upper right corner, indicating new notifications.
β
The post will also appear in the selected Space. In every Space you will see the green circle on the bell in the upper right corner, which indicates new notifications.
As soon as you click on the bell, you will see the notifications and when you click on them, you will be automatically redirected to the post in the selected Space.
β
The Access in the Access area now have a new look. They include the selected Spaces now.
β
The area of the Mark as Completed button has also received a fine-tuning.
